ABOUT THIS CONCERT
In this tour the Mahler Chamber Orchestra reunites with conductor Gustavo Dudamel for performances in favourite European venues. The MCO was last heard in Frankfurt in November 2017 and has a very close connection to this city.
The Fifth Symphony of Schubert – with its beautiful lyricism and radiating youthful optimism – is followed by the rich, subtle and multilayered Fourth Symphony of Johannes Brahms.
