When and where did you first experience the MCO in concert? It was in 2010, at the concert performance of Othello in Dortmund conducted by Daniel Harding. A truly remarkable experience.
What do you enjoy most about working for the MCO?I enjoy and feel privileged to be able to work with people who are highly professional and passionate at the same time. And of course the fact that I have music at this level in my professional life is a wonderful gift.
What about your work challenges you on a daily basis? One of my main challenges is to expand our esteemed supporting circle of friends. So I aim to create maximum possibilities for music-lovers to meet the Mahler Chamber Orchestra - and to fall in love with it!
What do you like most about the MCO?Its positive spirit, sense of freedom, courage, curiosity, quality, ambition, openness and unmistakable sound.
The first piece of music you fell in love with:Wagner’s Ride of the Valkyries.
